Beginning May 5th, 2008, Cycle World Service Department will be switching to an Appointment Scheduling System for all service work. We are asking all of our loyal customers to contact our Service Department to call and request an appointment to take care of you and your service needs. We invite you to bring your bike in to be serviced by experienced and highly trained service techs. All of our service technicians have achieved various levels of training to ensure quality service:
Mark Landry: -Honda training level RED: This is the highest level of training offered by American Honda. -YTA (Yamaha Training Academy): Highest level of training offered by Yamaha Motor Co.
Duke Hebert: -Honda training level SILVER. Duke is currently working towards achieving level RED.
Joshua Womack: -Honda training level BRONZE
Andy Day: -Honda Technical Training
